- Re-checks existing listings at source sites — withdraws sold or removed properties
- Scrapes Rightmove, Pure Portugal, OnTheMarket, A Place in the Sun, Zoopla, islands, ranches, and more
- Scores every listing against lifestyle rules (£2m+, 20+ hectares, castles, islands, ranches — no city flats)
- Publishes a weekly digest on the blog
